Sara is a registered Speech-Language Pathologist with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO). She received her Master of Health Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Toronto.
Her clinical experiences range from management of pediatric speech and language disorders to swallowing management and acquired brain injury with the adult population.
Sara has experience working with preschool and school-aged children with receptive and expressive language impairment, articulation/phonological disorders, and apraxia of speech, including children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down syndrome, and those with alternative and augmentative communication needs.
Sara’s approach to therapy is one that values evidence-based practice, parent empowerment and the individuality of the child.
